Favorite book: Herbal Alchemist's Handbook by Karen Harrison
Why: A practical guide to working with herbs in magick. With easy to follow exercises and recipes, this book is broken down into sections based on the planetary alignment of the herbs making it an excellent introduction to herbal magick.

Favorite oil: Cypress
Why: An oil with a light nutty scent, cypress is a great oil for use in spells geared towards acceptance and grieving.

Favorite incense: Creative Energy
Why: The sweet scent allows one to access the creative centers of the mind and is good to use for any creative outlet, whether it be music, dance, painting, etc. Just don't use it right before driving!

Favorite stone: Bloodstone
Why: A beautiful dark green stone with specks of bright red throughout, bloodstone is a stone of immense healing energy.
