One of our goals of incarnation is to reach a higher spiritual level before we leave than we had attained before we got here. These three stones can be used during meditation, contemplation, or spiritual study to help with that goal.
Apophyllite is a white or mint green hydrated potassium calcium silicate which forms tetragonal crystals. It can also be pink or yellow, and is found in India.1 It helps you connect to the Akashic records and view past lives so you can become aware of the lessons you planned for this life. It can also assist in seeing a complete picture of current life situations so you can make more informed decisions on correct actions for long term beneficial outcomes.
Danburite is a calcium borosilicate that crystallizes in an orthorhombic form, and is usually translucent white or pink.1 Sometimes known as the Shaman's Stone, this helps you align with your divine purpose and your highest spiritual vibrational level.
Herkimer Diamond is a form of quartz which crystalizes in perfect double terminated hexagons. Technically a copyrighted name, true herks are only found in Herkimer County, New York. This crystal formation is found in various places all over the world, but for legal purposes, only New York stones are herks. Herkimers are energetic batteries and enhancers for other stones. Energy workers can meditate with them to charge them for purposes such as healing, protection, or love. They also turbocharge the properties of any stone with which they are paired. Because of their ability to be programmed or charged for things, you can meditate on them with the intention of spiritual growth and enlightenment, then hold them during future meditations on that topic so their energy can aid yours.
To use these stones, hold them, individually or together, in the palm of your hand while meditating or in contemplation. If you are right handed, hold them in your left hand. If you are a south paw, hold them in your right. Your nondominant hand is typically your receiving hand, so you can receive their aid more efficiently. You can also clasp your hands together in front of you, either in prayer position or like you're hiding a secret, with the stone/s between your palms.
Hold your focus in your mind, or gaze into a candle flame, water (either still or running), or a flower. Or whatever. Let your self sink into the meditation as the stones help raise your vibrational level and help you get more out of your meditation efforts.
